Resilience Change Management037

Change is inevitable, but our approaches and reactions to change have an impact on our ability to thrive in times of change and, as leaders, managers or team members the ability of those we work with to do the same.

Our 2 day change management programme enables participants develop practical skills to improve their own ability to respond to change constructively, maintain performance and motivate others.

More information on this programme
This programme is specifically designed to develop a sophisticated understanding about how thinking in relation to change impacts on the ability to solve problems effectively and maintain performance.

Frameworks and practical techniques are introduced and individuals have a chance to explore their own, personal responses to change. This serves two purposes;

  • Firstly it allows them to respond better to change,
  • Secondly it enables greater insight in to how the people around them might respond to change.

Participants leave with greater insight, practical steps to enhance their leadership capability and techniques that increase their chances of empowering others to deal with change more effectively.

All the concepts introduced in the programme are based on well understood and validated psychological concepts and techniques around building resilience. Participants will be supported by expert trainers.
